General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Freight Policy

All products are F.O.B. Buckaroos, Inc. in Nevada, Iowa. Title transfers to purchaser when the products leave our shipping dock. Tools, tackers, staples, Wraparoos™ and P-Trap Covers will ride free with qualifying saddle/support orders. Please refer to the freight map for freight-paid minimum requirements. When orders are split into separate shipping locations, only locations receiving freight paid saddle shipments are eligible for free shipping.

Insulated saddles ship F.O.B. Nevada, Iowa. Freight is prepaid and charged on these items. Freight will be paid at our lowest obtainable freight rate.

Orders outside of the Continental U.S. are ineligible for free shipping.

Returned Goods

Products returned without the seller’s permission will not be accepted for credit. All returned merchandise must be unused in the original packaging, with transportation charges prepaid. A service charge of 15% of the price will be paid by the buyer to cover handling and inspection of any products returned. No credit will be allowed on products that feature a custom feature, finish or design. Insulated saddles are custom made and not eligible for return. Deductions from invoices or damage shall not be allowed unless approved by Buckaroos, Inc.

Warranty

Our warranty is limited to replacing F.O.B. our plant in Nevada, IA. any material which upon our inspection we find to be defective. Any such return must be authorized in writing by Buckaroos, Inc.

Minimum Orders & Broken Cartons

Buckaroos has no minimum order size. A handling fee of $5.00 will be added to all orders under $60.00 net order value. Orders for less than one standard package quantity will be shipped as ordered, with a 10% additional charge added.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices, terms and discounts are subject to change without notice. Standard terms are 1% 10 days, NET 30.

Discrepancies

Discrepancies and damages should be reported to Buckaroos Customer Service within ten days after receipt of shipment.
